Biological-Mechanical Cartridge

This hasnt ben added to the game yet, its something that the devs have forgotten i guess, Iv'e checked all the prof. at level 90 and there isnt a schematic to be found and its not a lootable item like the feather appearance item ive tried everything. Finnaly i found in a forum posted by a dev that it hasnt ben put into the game yet. Hummmmm about time they did hu?
