Get a Security Code from Research Floor Security[]
Inside the research level
Lt. Joth says that the lab must be used as a place to experiment on animals for god knows why - you must shut it down. To do this, you will have to disable the security for the various levels.
First, find the security codes for the Research Level from the guards (CL35) there. Take the elevator (/wp 262 -7058) down to the second level.

Disable the Security System[]
Kill guards until you find the code, and then use the Security System Control (/wp 264 -7071) to disable the system.

Get the Codes to the Researchers' Terminals[]
Once this is done, you must find the code to the researcher's terminals to discover what is really going on in this lab - and they won't just give them to you. Kill researchers (/wp 230 -7122) until you have the code.

Get Research Notes from Research Terminals[]
Then, access the terminals (/wp 230 -7118) in the same room, there are two terminals but only one needs to be used.

...appears that some of our experiments are successful. We crossed the compatible DNA clusters of aggressive creatures with passive members of the same genus. Thus far, we have not been able to increase the intellectual capacity with satisfactory results. At the rate that we're going, achieving a low-grade sentience program within 3 years is nearly impossible. Dr. Maldien says that we may have to resort to more unorthodox means.
What you discover is shocking....
Lt. Joth: This...this is horrible! These creatures need to be destroyed, for their own sake as well as ours. But they are too strong right now. See if there's a way to weaken them.
