To start the quest speak with Chatook (-448, -102) on the 1st floor of The Great Tree in Kachirho.

Main mistake of most players at this queststep is to search for him in the Rryatt Trail cause of the misleading information his father gives. Instead look at /way -95 545 in the Kachirho area, there you'll find a video recorder next to his corpse. Active the recorder to hear Takook's last words.
[edit] Recover Chatook's Spear
Enter the Rryatt Trail and head down to the Shadowed Lands. Find Lobarorr, a CL60 silver-elite with 10k Health, at the beginning of the zone and kill him. He also spawns near the deranged Rodians on Worshyr Canopy, at /way 237 -518.
[edit] Return the Spear to Chatook
Return to Chatook to tell him the sad news and to receive your reward.
