Reimos has learned some disturbing things from the bug you placed in the Thranta system. They are doing odd medical experiments, and you need to go access the medical computers there.
Head back to the Thranta Shipping complex at /way 3728 -4185 and inside locate the Medical Data Console at /way 3694 -4081. Click it to get the info. This will update your quest. Head back and speak to Reimos to complete the quest.
