[edit] Large Page Migration Project
If you visit the forum, you'll see that we've decided to undo the prefix scheme we have going (Skill:, Schem:, etc) in favor of a more natural naming system. We'll need lots of help migrating old pages to fit the new style. Here's a rough guide to new page names:
- Schem:E11 Carbine should be moved to E11 Carbine (Schematic)
- Ability:Form Up should be moved to Form Up (Ability)
- Skill:Novice Bounty Hunter should be moved to Novice Bounty Hunter (Skill)
- Routine:Emergency Shields Front should be moved to Emergency Shields Front (Routine)
- Mod:Weapon Experimentation should be moved to Weapon Experimentation (Skill Modifier)
- POI:Spine of Lok should be moved to Spine of Lok
- Hyper:Nym's Hovel should be moved to Nym's Hovel
- Nebula:Censorious Tempest should be moved to Censorious Tempest
In order to keep track of what pages need work, please fill in the area below with any progress you make on the migration:
- Carbineer: moved all ability, mod, and skill pages. Links need to be updated. --InfluenzaSWTA 21:34, 17 Mar 2005 (CET)
- Moved "Schem:XX" to "XX (Schematic)" and added category to some of the pages. Got stuck...see discussion!--Webmaster 01:57, 18 Mar 2005 (CET)
- Moved "Routine:XX" to "XX (Routine)"--Webmaster 02:15, 18 Mar 2005 (CET)
- Migrated everything in the "Category:Ability", but I've noticed that many abilities are still listed as "Category:Skills" -Rthr-X 07:24, 18 Mar 2005 (CET)
- Migrated about 2/3 of Category:Skill Mod, along the way changing category links to Category:Skill Mods to match the pluralism of most other categories. Please do the same if you finish off the skill mods. --InfluenzaSWTA 02:04, 19 Mar 2005 (CET)

- Migrated space "POI:XXX" to "XXX (Space POI)" --Webmaster 23:45, 19 Mar 2005 (CET)
- Migrated Player Association listings from "PA:XX" to "XX (PA)" and updated each server PA list accordingly along with categories for each. --V'Tal Fion 06:50, 2 April 2005 (EST)
- Moved all Skill and remaining Schem pages to new naming scheme. Updated every page in the database to use new link formats. Deleted old redirect pages that were no long in use (i.e. Skill:Novice Entertainer, which was no longer linked to). All changes courtesy of FluBot. --Influenza 23:06, 12 Apr 2005 (CEST)
