You will need to kill:
1. Suin Chalo, fourth boss in the in Chamber of Banishment (aka Axkva Min heroic instance) on Dathomir.
2. 10 Tusken Warlords, found throughout Tusken King heroic instance in Mos Espa.

A crafted Fifth Generation Polearm Lightsaber is needed to complete the Master Jedi Cloaks collection.
