Report to Lt. Col. Typho
From SWG Wiki
Col. Panaka will give you a waypoint to find Captain Typho in Keren.
Simply go to the Waypoint (1791, 12, 2712) to complete.
When you talk to Typho he will give you 3 options:
Upon Completion of 2 of the three you will get the Order to report to Pooja Naberrie. To do this select the option to advance through the ranks.
