With Episode 3 out the entire story of Anakin Skywalker's transformation into Darth Vader is known. Maybe it's time to update this page?

• I've slapped vader on other planets (i can't remember which though). There are at least 2 more instances. One for empire day quests (at a prison - he's holding a jedi prisoner), and the one you get an eta-2 (jedi) starfighter from (on bestine, tatoo i believe)
