You will first need to have done the Tusken Scholar quest before attempting this one.
Find Three Tusken Relics[]
Find the Three Tusken Relics in the Tusken Relic Cave at /wp -6982 7072.
Most of the Tusken in this cave are in packs of three and they don't all usually aggro at once. The main threat in here would be the CL85 Elites that patrol certain areas solo.
Find the Ghastly Baton[]
Found inside the cave at /wp -7039 6797. The Baton is sticking out of the cave wall at about head level for a tall Trandoshan, and partially obscured by a green haze. Turn on 'Show All Object Names' or you're likely to miss it the first time.

Find the Chieftain's Skull[]
Found inside the cave round the corner from the Krayt skull.

Take Krayt Head[]
When you try to use the skull you are discovered and three CL85 Tusken Relic Guards will spawn around the skull. After they are dead two more will spawn. Once they are dead you will get quest credit for the skull

Return to Srimaur with the relics[]
Once you have collected all three relics you'll be asked to return to Srimaur at /wp -2800 2260.
Conversation with Srimaur[]
Srimaur: Do you have the relics?
PC: Yes, but there was a problem.
Srimaur: What problem? You weren't caught were you?
PC: Well... Yes. We should be okay, right?
Srimaur: Oh dear. This is not good. You should go talk to Kav Goldor, he is our militia commander. The Tuskens may be on their way here now.
Warn the Militia Leader[]
Warn Kav Goldor the Militia Leader of the impending invasion. He can be found at /wp -3056 2085.
Conversation with Kav Goldor[]
Kav Goldor: Yes, yes what is it?
PC: Srimaur sent me, he says the Tuskens are coming. They are going to attack the city.
Kav Goldor: What!? This is not good. We need your help. Please help us defend the city.
PC: I will, it is the least I can do.
Kav Goldor: Great! lets get going then.
Once you complete this quest talking to Kav Goldor again will trigger the Tusken King instance, be careful as this will begin normal instance timers upon starting.
When you zone in you will receive the Tusken Army quest.
