Thankyou for your contributions and welcome to SWG Wiki --Geco 01:00, 27 May 2005 (CEST)
- Thanks. I really like the whole wiki idea and as soon as the damn servers come back up I'll update the Pistoleer skilltree abilities and skillmods. How does one go about creating a new page for the new abilities that were added?
- I recommend editing the main pistoleer page first, mimicing the Bounty Hunter page's Abilities table. That way you can use the links you put on the Pistoleer page to get "edit" pages for the new abilities. On a side note, please end all messages you leave on "talk" pages (like this one) with a --~~~~. That will place your name and the time of your message at the end of the line, like this ---> --Influenza 01:10, 27 May 2005 (CEST)
- You got it. I was looking for some sort of auto-insert option on the prefs page to do that for me but this is cool. --Hilamonsta
Try the profession calculator here:
http://www.bloodfin.org/modules/mydownloads/
It's updated for the combat upgrade, and has every ability etc. It's great

- Also try this online builder. I prefer it to Kodan's, because it also includes text summaries of abilities and mods. --Influenza 01:24, 27 May 2005 (CEST)
- I think I'll make sure that everything is accurate and get it right fromn the source, just to be safe. Those are cool though thanks --Hilamonsta
- Thanks for links to the calculators! Much easier than switching between the browser and game. lol --Tandalo 05:41, 27 May 2005 (CEST)
skill mod links
Edit
Hey, the correct suffix for skill mod links is (Skill Modifier), not (Skill Modification). So Pistol Defense (Skill Modification) should be Pistol Defense (Skill Modifier). --Influenza 20:56, 27 May 2005 (CEST)
- Yes thank you, I just caught that myself --Hilamonsta 22:22, 27 May 2005 (CEST)
Very nice work
Edit
Congratulations on finishing the last parts of Pistoleer! It's a nice feeling when all the red links on a page are gone, isn't it? If you haven't already, you might try posting a link to the page on the Pistoleer forum and ask for a peer review of the information there. I just did the same for the Squad Leader page (post here)... hopefully someone will take ten minutes to look the pages over and spot any mistakes, and they might even stick around afterwards. It's worth a shot! :) --Influenza 00:01, 28 May 2005 (CEST)
- yes, it was definitely satisfying. I will be doing that as soon as I can. Hopefully I won't get too many flames ;)
